Cindy Richardson is a Master Certified Transformational Coach who helps women break free from binge eating by teaching them the most important relationship of all—the one they have with themselves.

After overcoming her own 40-year battle with bulimia, Cindy knows the guilt and shame that comes from feeling completely out of control around food—but she also knows the incredible joy and beauty that comes from breaking free.

I still remember the night everything changed.

I went to bed with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk.

Like so many nights before — I planned to eat every single one.

I took one bite.

And I stopped.

Something inside me went completely still.

And for the first time I didn't ask myself — "Why can't I stop?"

I asked something different:

"How many more times am I going to do this?"

That one question changed everything.

Because the answer led me somewhere I had never been before.
