For 40 years, I struggled with food.
I’d find myself halfway through a sleeve of cookies, feeling completely out of control and wondering why I couldn’t just stop.
If there was a bag of chips in the pantry, I’d obsess over it until I finally gave in and ate the whole thing.
Then came the guilt. The shame. Hiding the wrappers at the bottom of the trash so no one would find out.
Food became my escape whenever I felt stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. I used it to numb my feelings, quiet my mind, and get a few minutes of relief from everything going on inside my head.
I spent years skipping meals, saving calories, and trying to be “good” with food… only to feel completely out of control when I finally let myself eat.
It was exhausting
The restricting. The bingeing. The guilt. The promises to do better tomorrow.
In desperation to stay thin, I also got caught up in bulimia, and the bingeing and purging nearly cost me my life.
Then, one night changed everything.
I went to bed with a plate of cookies, planning to eat them all.
I took one bite of the first cookie and something shifted.
I looked at that cookie and thought,
"I can't keep living like this anymore."
I finally became willing to question everything I thought I knew about food, and what it actually meant to heal.
And that was the night that everything started to change. ❤️
For 40 years, I didn't realize that I was trying to change the wrong thing.
I was trying to change my behavior without changing the beliefs that were driving it.
Deep down, I believed things like:
"I have no self-control."
"I can't trust myself around food."
"I'll always struggle with this."
"There's something wrong with me."
And every time I repeated those thoughts, I reinforced the identity of a woman who believed she would always struggle.
That's what changed everything for me.
I stopped focusing only on what I needed to STOP doing and started asking myself a different question:
"Who is the woman I want to become, and what does she believe about herself?"
That shift changed everything
Once I began to see myself differently, my choices and behaviors began to change, too.
You can spend your entire life trying to change your behavior, but if you never address the beliefs beneath it, you'll keep finding yourself in the same patterns.
That's the deeper work I help women do.

You trust yourself around food

You'll discover the negative beliefs you've been telling yourself for years.
And replace them with empowering truths.
You ARE worthy of freedom.
You ARE capable of change.
You ARE deserving of love -
exactly as you are.
This is where healing begins.
Become the woman who is
already enough.
Worthy.
Capable.
Deserving of love exactly as she is.
She trusts herself.
She loves herself.
She nourishes herself.
She shows up for herself.
She knows she is exactly who she was created to be:
Extraordinary.
Empowered.
Free.
Discover what is possible in your life.
Not what others tell you is possible.
What YOU create - deliberately, intentionally, from the inside out.
The woman you were created to be is worth fighting for.
Worth healing for.
Worth believing in.
This is the most powerful thing you'll ever do.
And it starts here.
Right now.
Research shows: Success goes up 95% when you have an accountability partner who has been in your shoes...walked the path, and found their way out.
I have walked this path myself. spending years trapped in an eating disorder, doubting myself, questioning myself, and wondering if I would ever break free. .
I also know what it's like to look in the mirror and not love the reflection staring back at me.
Because I've been on this path of transformation myself, I know exactly how to guide you along the way.
